• The applicant must have been a registered construction worker for a minimum of three years.
• Financial assistance is provided solely for the purchase of tools or toolkits directly related to the applicant’s occupation.
• It is mandatory for the construction worker to personally make the purchase and attach the bill with the application.

Application Process

Interested applicants can apply online by following these structured steps:

Step 1: Registration

• Access the official portal.
• Select the “Register” option.
• You will be redirected to the Single Sign-On (SSO) registration page where you can choose between the following options:
• Jan Aadhaar: Enter the Jan Aadhaar number and click ‘Next’. Select your name and the names of family members, then click ‘Send OTP’. Enter the OTP received and click ‘Verify OTP’ to complete your registration.
• Google: Enter your Gmail ID and click ‘Next’. After entering your password, a new link will appear. Click on it to create your SSO ID and password, and enter your mobile number to finalize the registration.
• After completing the registration, submit the required information.

Step 2: Application

• Visit the official portal again.
• Log in to your account; your dashboard will open.
• Select the “LDMS” option from the menu.
• Within LDMS, navigate to “Welfare Schemes” and choose the BOCW Welfare Board.
• Click on “Apply for Scheme”.
• A new page will display a list of schemes related to the Rajasthan Shramik Card. Click on the relevant scheme name.
• Fill in all necessary details and submit your application.
