Offline Application

To register under the Haryana Silicosis Board, follow these steps:

1. Visit the nearest Labour Office to obtain the application form or download it from the Official Website of the Labour Department Haryana.
2. Complete the application form with accurate details.
3. Include all required documents, such as medical certificates and proof of identity.
4. Submit the filled application form along with supporting documents to the Assistant Director, Industrial Health of your respective jurisdiction.
5. The Assistant Director will process the application and forward it to the Labour Commissioner-cum-Welfare Commissioner, Haryana.
6. Wait for a notification regarding the approval or any additional requirements.
7. Upon approval, you will receive your registration details.
