The Laghu Vyavassay Scheme, initiated by the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation under the Government of Haryana, aims to uplift the economic conditions of individuals from Scheduled Castes. This initiative focuses on self-employment and income-generating activities by providing financial assistance in the form of loans.

Overview of the Scheme

The Laghu Vyavassay Scheme is designed to enhance the economic status of Scheduled Caste individuals in Haryana. The program facilitates access to loans to enable beneficiaries to engage in self-employment ventures and activities that can generate income. Eligible applicants must be aged between 18 and 45 years and maintain permanent residency in Haryana.

Key Benefits

  • Financial assistance for various economic development projects with a maximum unit cost of ₹2,00,000.
  • A margin money contribution of 10% of the total project cost.
  • A subsidy of 50% on the total project cost, capped at ₹10,000.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Laghu Vyavassay Scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a permanent resident of Haryana.
  • Must belong to a Scheduled Caste.
  • Must be aged between 18 and 45 years.
  • The scheme targets beneficiaries with an annual family income of up to ₹1,50,000 for 50% of applicants, while the remaining 50% can have an annual family income of up to ₹3,00,000.

Application Procedure

To apply for the Laghu Vyavassay Scheme, follow these steps:

Online Application Process

  1. Navigate to the Antyodaya SARAL Portal.
  2. In the “SIGN IN HERE” section, select “New user? Register here”.
  3. Complete the registration form by filling in all the required fields. Create a secure password, ensuring it includes a combination of characters, numbers, and symbols (e.g., ADmin@357). Enter the captcha code and click “Submit”.
  4. You will receive an OTP on the email and mobile number provided. This OTP is valid for 15 minutes and can be used once. Additionally, the verification link sent to your email will be valid for 48 hours. Upon successful verification, a message confirming your registration will appear.
  5. Return to the Antyodaya SARAL Portal and log in with your registered email ID and password.
  6. On the dashboard, click on ‘Apply for Service’ followed by “View All Available Services”.
  7. Select the relevant scheme you wish to apply for, which will direct you to the application form.
  8. Fill out all mandatory fields in the application form, agree to the ‘Self-Declaration’, and enter the verification code/captcha before clicking ‘Submit’.
  9. Review the entered information, then attach all necessary documents under ‘Attach Annexure’ and save it.
  10. After confirming the details, click on ‘Submit’. It is advisable to print the ‘Acknowledgement Receipt’ for your records.

To monitor the status of your application, you can use the following methods:

Through the Portal

  1. Visit the SARAL Portal.
  2. Click on the “Tracking Feature”.
  3. Select the appropriate department and service from the dropdown menu.
  4. Input your Application or Appeal Reference ID, which was provided upon application, and click “CHECK STATUS”.

Via SMS

Send an SMS from your registered mobile number to 7738299899 formatted as follows:

Application Process

Apply Online
Step 1: Visit the official website of the "Antyodaya SARAL
" Portal.
Step 2: In the "SIGN IN HERE" section, click "New user? Register here".
Step 3: The registration form will open in a new window of the browser. Fill in all the mandatory fields of the form. Create a strong password. The password should be at least '9' characters with at least one special character(!@#$%^&*), one numeric, one small case and one upper case letter (i.e ADmin@357). Fill in the captcha code and click "Submit".
Step 4: An OTP will be sent to the email ID and the Mobile Number provided in the registration form. The OTP received will be for single use only and will be valid for 15 minutes from the time of request. The verification link received over email will be valid for 48 hours from the time of request. On successfully validating the Email ID and Mobile Number via OTP, the following message will be displayed to the user: "You have successfully registered on https://saralharyana.gov.in/. Please login to the application using your email ID and password".
Step 5: Visit the official website of the "Antyodaya SARAL
" Portal. In the "SIGN IN HERE" section, log in using your Login ID and Password.
Step 6: On the next screen, in the left pane, click on ‘Apply for Service’, then click "View All Available Services".
Step 7: You will be shown a list of schemes/services. Click on the scheme you intend to apply for. You will be taken to its online application form.
Step 8: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory details, click on ‘Self-Declaration’. Enter the verification code/Captcha and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 9: Preview all the filled details and click on ‘Attach Annexure’. Upload all the mandatory documents and click on ‘Save Annexure’.
Step 10: After verifying all the details, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Take a printout of the generated ‘Acknowledgement Receipt’ for future reference.

Track Your Application/ Appeal

Step 1: Visit the SARAL Portal at https://status.saralharyana.nic.in/
Step 2: Click "Tracking Feature".
Step 3: Select the department and service from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Enter your Appeal/ Application Reference ID (provided to you when you applied for the service) and click on "CHECK STATUS".
