Benefits of the Scheme

  • For a young man with a disability: Financial assistance of ₹15,000/-.
  • For a young woman with a disability: Financial assistance of ₹20,000/-.
  • If both partners have disabilities: A combined amount of ₹35,000/- is provided.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Possession of a certificate confirming a minimum of 40% disability.
  • At least one of the couple must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh for a minimum of five years.
  • Neither partner should have any criminal convictions.
  • The bride must be aged between 18 to 45 years at the time of marriage.
  • The groom must be aged between 21 to 45 years at the time of marriage.
  • Neither partner should be a taxpayer in the income tax bracket.
  • The marriage must be officially registered.

  2. Click on the registration option available on the portal.
  3. Complete the application form with the following details:
    • Type and percentage of disability for both partners.
    • Full names of the couple.
    • Current address of the couple.
    • Marriage Registration Certificate.
  4. Submit the application form online.

Important: It is mandatory to provide all required information accurately. After submitting the online application, a hard copy must be submitted to the District Disabled Empowerment Office within 15 days of the application.
