  • The applicant must be a native of Goa or have resided in Goa for at least 15 years.
  • The monthly income of the cadet’s parents or guardians should not exceed ₹15,000/- (equating to ₹1,80,000 annually).
  • If the cadet belongs to the SC/ST/OBC categories, the income limit of their parents or guardians should not surpass ₹37,500/- per month (or ₹4,50,000 annually).
  • The cadet must not be receiving any other form of financial support, scholarship, or freeship from alternative sources.

  1. Visit the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Goa, located at DTE Building, Alto-Porvorim, Bardez, Goa 403521.
  2. Obtain a printout of the application form or request a physical copy from the relevant authority.
  3. Complete the application form by filling in all required fields, affixing a passport-sized photograph (signed across), and attaching photocopies of all necessary documents (self-attestation may be required).
  4. Submit the completed and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the designated authority.
