To qualify for the “Yuva Srujan Puraskar,” applicants must adhere to the following criteria:

  • The applicant must be an individual artist.
  • Applicants’ ages should range between 25 and 40 years, with a possible relaxation of up to five years in exceptional cases.
  • Demonstrated extraordinary contributions in their respective artistic fields are essential.
  • A minimum of five years of active contribution in the field of art and culture in Goa is required.
  • Awards will not be granted posthumously, except in cases where an artist’s death occurs after their name has been recommended for consideration. In such instances, the Task Force Committee may award the prize posthumously.

  1. Visit the Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa, located at 5th Floor, Shram Shakti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji, Goa – 403001.
  2. Obtain a printed copy of the application form or request a hard copy from the relevant authority.
  3. Complete the application form by filling out all mandatory fields, affixing a signed passport-sized photograph, and attaching necessary documents (self-attestation may be required).

of the application form of the respective scheme, or request a hard copy from the concerned authority.
Step 3: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest if required).
