Offline Application Steps

1. Interested candidates must visit the local District Differently Abled Welfare Officer’s office during operational hours to request a physical copy of the application form from designated staff members.
2. Complete the application form by filling in all required fields and attaching copies of necessary documents (self-attestation may be required).
3. Submit the filled and signed application form along with the supporting documents to the District Differently Abled Welfare Officer.
4. Upon submission, ask for a receipt or acknowledgment from the officer. This receipt should include important details such as the submission date, time, and a unique identification number, if applicable.
