Initiated by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training, and Skill Development of the Government of Jharkhand, the Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana focuses on providing practical and relevant training to the youth. The scheme adheres to the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) standards, ensuring that the skills imparted are in line with current industry requirements. Special attention is given to marginalized groups such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), women, persons with disabilities (PwD), and transgender individuals, promoting inclusivity in skill development.

• Financial Assistance:
  • Rozgar Protsahan Bhatta: Unemployed graduates receive ₹1,000 per month for boys and ₹1,500 per month for girls, transgender individuals, and PwD for one year post-training.
  • Transport Allowance: Non-residential trainees are entitled to receive ₹1,000 per month to cover transportation costs.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.
• Age should be between 18 to 35 years.
• Applicants must belong to specified priority groups: SC/ST, women, PwD, or transgender individuals.

Application Procedure

Offline Application

To apply offline, candidates must:

• Visit the nearest Training Service Provider Center for registration under the Mukhymantri Sarthi Yojana.
• Note: Registration is Aadhaar-based; thus, providing an Aadhaar number is mandatory during the application process.

Online Application

For online registration, candidates should follow these steps:

• Access the official website of the Jharkhand Skill Development Mission.
• Select ‘Candidate Registration’ from the ‘Registration’ section.

Create a Profile

In this step, candidates must provide:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Username
• Password
• Identity Type (e.g., Aadhaar)
• Identity Number
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Mobile Number
• Email Address

After entering the required information, submit to receive a User ID and Password via SMS and email.

Login and OTP Verification

Upon receiving the User ID and Password, the candidate must:

• Log in using the provided credentials.
• Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number to activate the account.

Manage Your Profile

Once logged in, candidates can:

• Navigate to the ‘Registration’ section.
• Update personal and optional bank account information.

Contact and Educational Information

Applicants should fill out their contact details, including:

• Residential address
• Communication preferences

If literate, educational qualifications need to be entered; if illiterate, preferred languages can be selected. Finally, save and submit the information to the Training Service Provider.

Registration ID Issuance

Upon successful submission, a unique Registration ID will be generated, and notifications will be dispatched via SMS and email.

Note: An Aadhaar number is essential for registration, ensuring no duplicate entries occur.
