Payment Related to Wheat Procurement
The scheme aims to ensure timely online payment to farmers for wheat sold at government procurement centers through the Just-In-Time (JIT) system directly into their bank accounts.
About This Scheme
The “Payment Related to Wheat Procurement” scheme was launched by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Government of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme aims to ensure timely and transparent payment to farmers who sell their wheat at government-operated procurement centers.
Benefits
Ensures timely online payment to farmers selling wheat at government procurement centers.
Payment is made directly into the farmer’s registered bank account through the JIT system.
Farmers receive the Minimum Support Price (MSP) fixed by the government every year.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
The applicant should be a landholding farmer.
The applicant should have sold wheat at a government-operated procurement center during the notified procurement period.

Registration e-Uparjan Scheme
Step 1: Farmer Registration
Visit the official
E-Uparjan Portal
Click on the “Farmer Registration” option
Enter your Aadhaar Number, District, Village Panchayat, Khasra Number, and Crop Details.
After filling in all the required details, click Submit.
Once registered, you will receive a Registration Number for future reference.
Step 2: Slot Booking
After registration, log in to your account through the E-Uparjan Portal or Mobile App.
Select the “Slot Booking” option.
Choose the date and time slot for selling your crops at the procurement center.
A Slot Booking Receipt will be generated for the farmer.
Step 3: Crop Procurement
On the scheduled date, visit the Procurement Center with your Slot Receipt, Aadhaar Card, and relevant crop documents.
The crop will be weighed and quality tested.
After successful procurement, you will receive a Procurement Receipt.
Step 4: Transportation of Grains
The purchased grains are then transported from the procurement center to the warehouse.
The entire transportation process is monitored through the E-Uparjan system.
Step 5: Storage in Warehouse
The transported grains are properly recorded and stored in the designated warehouses.
This storage process is digitally monitored to ensure transparency.
Step 6: Payment to Farmer
After successful procurement and verification, the payment amount is directly credited to the farmer’s Aadhaar-linked bank account.
NOTE:
The payment is automatically transferred online to the farmer’s registered bank account.
The entire process is free of charge; no service or processing fee is applicable.
The payment must be completed within 7 working days after the sale.
Appeal Process:
For any issues or disputes, the farmer may appeal to the District Collector or Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO).
