Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Devnarayan Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be residents of Rajasthan.
• Students should belong to specific Other Backward Classes, as certified by a Tehsildar or a higher revenue officer, including:
  • Banjara, Baladiya, Labana
  • Gadia-Lohar, Gadolia
  • Gujar, Gurjar
  • Raika, Raibari (Debasi)
  • Gadariya (Gadri), Gayari
• The annual income of the applicant’s parents or guardians must not exceed Rs. 2,00,000 (two lakh rupees).
• Students who are employed but study full-time, taking leave without pay, are also eligible to apply.
• All children under the same parent or guardian can benefit from this scheme.
• Applicants should not be receiving any other scholarships or allowances from central, state, or public sources.
